Fuschia By Vkare Garden Lavender Invigorating Face and Body Scrub Review

There are so many brands that I have discovered on instagram but not all of them were worth my time and money. Fuschia By Vkare has been my favorite brand since the day I created my profile “beauty_issh” on instagram. The brand has some great skin care and bath range  products which are suitable for all skin types.

The best thing about Fuschia products is that they are free of SLS, parabens, phthalates, artificial tints & synthetic  perfume. The products are also affordable when considered the quantity provided. Today I am reviewing Fucshia By Vkare Garden Lavender – Face & Body Invigorating Scrub.

 

PRODUCT DETAILS BY BRAND:

Enriched with Lavender, this scrub acts as an astringent and controls acne breakouts. This scrub not only tones and soothes your skin but calms your senses. The scrub is Free of SLS, parabens, phthalates, artificial tints & synthetic  perfumes.

INGREDIENT LIST:

Aloe Vera, Lavender Flower, Olive Oil, Wheat Germ Oil.

The product is available on all leading websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and also on Vkare’s website.

PRICE: 

The product retails for 450 INR for 100 grams of product.

MY EXPERIENCE:

The orignal product comes in a basic fuschia’s packaging, which is a transparent jar with product name and details printed on the lid of the jar. The one I have received is in a white tub as it is a delux sample and not a full size product.

The fragrance is so pleasing and neither too mild nor too strong. I often smell it multiple times when I’m using it ! The texture of the scrub is quite oily and thus, it is ideal for normal to dry skin. It contains Wheatgerm oil, olive oil and Lavender oil and the scrub therefore, has to be oily.

My face skin is oily but body is too dry so I prefer to use it more on my body skin and it works great as a body scrub. The exfoliating particles are present in more than one size making it ideal for both face as well as body.

The scrub is very effective and exfoliates pretty well due to presence of particles in various sizes. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling stretchy like most of the exfoliators do.

PROS:

1. It is Affordable as quantity received for 450 INR is huge.
2. It is ideal for normal to dry skin.
3. Fragrance is very soothing.
4. Exfoliates the skin very well.
5. It doesn’t remove excess oil from the skin.
6. It doesn’t make skin dry due to exfoliation.

CONS:

1. It is not suitable for oily skin.

FINAL VERDICT:

Overall the product is amazing as it does it’s job effectively. The scrub removes the dead skin cells and gives a refreshing glow to the skin. It doesn’t dry out the skin at all nor does it clog pores. I highly recommend it to people with dry skin (face or/and body).
