Review Of Earthvedic Face and Body Scrub

Exfoliation not only removes dead skin cells, it helps it removes blackhead and Whitehead and unclog pores. It helps in removing dullness from the skin and gives it a natural glow.
Today I’m reviewing a face as well as body scrub from a brand which believes in using only paraben and SLES free products, Earthvedic!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A natural scrub to treat your dull looking skin. This blend hydrates, nourishes & revitalize skin and gives your skin vibrant & radiant look. It contains neem (indian lilac), tulsi (basil), ghritkumari (aloevera), vacha (sweet flag) and chhoti elaichi (green cardamom) that exfoliates dead skin cells, cleans clogged pores and removes black heads. It is a chemical free blend and a green treat to your skin.

INGREDIENTS:

Paraben free blend, made with Neem (Indian Lilac), Tulsi (Basil), Ghritkumari (Aloevera), Vacha (Sweet Flag) and Chhoti Elaichi (Cardamom).

HOW TO USE IT:

• Wash or cleanse face and Take a scoop of earthvedic Scrub.
• Massage it on your face & neck for 5-7 mins.
• Wash it off  with lukewarm water & pat dry.

PACKAGING:

The product comes a transparent tub and a golden lid. The packaging is simple but convenient. It is travel friendly too. But it would have been better if the product was packed in a tube as tub might make the usage Unhygienic. To avoid any bacteria contamination, I use a wooden spoon to take the required amount of product from the tub.

PRICE: 

The tub contains 50 grams of product and costs 475 INR. It has a shelf life of 3 years.

MY EXPERIENCE:

The products from Earthvedic arrived in a beautiful gold potli and I was quite impressed by their packaging. They had sent me a face scrub and a face pack.

The scrub is suitable for all skin types and contains some amazing ingredients like Neem, Tulsi and Aloe Vera. The exfoliating particles are gentle and the size of these granules is appropriate for both face as well as body.

On application, very little amount is required and hence one tub will last for a long time. After massaging the scrub and rinsing it with water, my skin (face as well as body) appears more clear and glowing. The products is suitable for all skin types and doesn’t cause breakouts and hence, people with acne prone skin can use it without worrying (No matter what skin type you are, always do a patch test before trying a new product).

The only drawback that I could find in the Earthvedic face and body scrub was that although it removes blackheads too but not much effectively in one use. If one uses the product twice a week for minimum two weeks then a significant reduction in blackheads is noticeable.

PROS:

1. The scrub particles are gentle and will not be harsh for sensitive skin.
2. It is suitable for all skin types.
3. The scrub doesn’t cause breakouts.
4. The packaging is travel friendly.
5. A little goes a long way.
6. It removes the dead skin cells well and results in a clear and glowing skin.

CONS:

1. The scrub needs to be used more than once to see reduction in black heads.

Overall, the Earthvedic face and body scrub is an amazing product that removes dead skin cells, blackheads as well as white heads and results in a clear and glowing skin. I recommend this product to everyone, especially to people looking for Natural Indian Brands for skincare.
